- Gay line cook was repeatedly harassed verbally and physically over many years. Lipman & Plesur, LLP obtained a settlement of hundreds of thousands of dollars for this client.
- Upon returning from cancer treatment, clerk in small medical supply company was treated in a hostile manner and terminated for trumped up alleged "performance issues." Lipman & Plesur, LLP obtained significant emotional distress damages.
- Female clerk who was sexually harassed while employed by a car dealership received a settlement that allowed her to pay for her wedding.
- Lipman & Plesur, LLP negotiated an eight figure severance package for a Wall Street Executive.
